WhenLeads, a division of DV8 WEB LLC

Ready when they are.

Fire code citations, permits and deadlines are public. We read them, check them, and send installers the buildings that have to act, county by county, every Monday.

Timing beats lists

A list tells you who owns a building. It does not tell you when they will buy. Most owners only hire an installer when something forces the decision: a fire inspection notice, a failed test, a permit that cannot close, a board vote with a deadline attached.

Those moments are on the public record. WhenLeads watches for them and tells you the week they happen, so your first call is the one that lands while the owner is looking for help, not six months before or two weeks after they signed with someone else.

What you get

County Citation Alerts

A Monday digest of every building in your counties with a new citation, permit or deadline on the public record, plus an instant email when a new citation passes review. Each row links to the record it came from.

$399 per county per month. Founding rate $299 for the first 5 buyers in each metro, locked for 12 months. 14-day free trial.

Owner quote requests

Owners and managers who used our reference sites and asked for quotes. They are told before they send that their request goes to no more than 3 vetted installers who serve their area.

$200 to $1,250 per request, by job type. Condo association requests are shared with up to 3 firms.

Full price list and terms are on the pricing page.

How a record becomes an alert

  1. Collected. We pull citations, permit filings and board agendas from public sources, county by county.
  2. Matched. Each record is tied to a building and parcel, so the same tower never shows up twice under two spellings.
  3. Checked by a person. Someone reads every record before it goes out. If we cannot confirm it, it does not ship.
  4. Delivered. Monday digest, instant citation emails, and a link back to the source every time.

More detail is on how it works.

First division: ERRCSCheck

Emergency responder radio coverage systems (ERRCS, also called BDA systems) are the in-building radio systems firefighters rely on. The rules come with acceptance tests, recurring tests and, in some places, deadlines. That makes them a clear case of a building that has to act.

Owners and managers research the rules on ERRCSCheck, our free, source-cited reference, and keep their tests on schedule with BDACheck. Installers who buy from WhenLeads get the buildings that have to act. Florida first; other verticals are on the verticals page.

Our refund rule

If what we send is not useful, tell us. We refund you and we part as friends. No forms to fill in, no 72-hour windows, no argument. We would rather lose a month of revenue than keep a customer who is not getting value.

Ready when you are

Tell us your trade and the counties you want. We confirm your license and coverage within 2 business days and start your 14-day free trial.

Questions people ask

Are leads exclusive?

No. County Citation Alerts are never exclusive and capped at 8 seats per county. An owner quote request goes to no more than 3 installers, and the owner is told that before they send it.

What if the leads are not useful?

Tell us and we refund you, and we part as friends. That is the whole policy. See refunds.

Do you sell personal cell numbers or emails?

No. Feeds hold entity-level contacts only. That means the association or owner of record, the management company and public business lines.

Do you call or text building owners?

No. We do not cold-call or text owners. Owners reach us by filling in a form on our reference sites, and they choose to be contacted.

Where do you cover?

Florida first, starting with Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. See county coverage for open seats and the waitlist.
