Owner quote requests
These are owners and managers who asked to be contacted about a quote. Prices are per request, by job type.

The square-footage bands describe the job size so you can price your time. They are not a statement of what the fire code requires; that depends on the building and the local fire marshal.
Refunds
If something we send is not useful, tell us. We refund you and we part as friends.
- Alerts: tell us the alerts are not working for you and we refund your most recent monthly charge and close the account.
- Owner requests: wrong contact, no authority to hire, a duplicate, outside your counties, or the building turns out not to need the work. Tell us and we refund that request. If it was not useful for some other reason, tell us anyway.
Billing
- Alerts are billed monthly by card, starting on day 15 of your trial.
- Owner requests are invoiced as they are delivered.
- Cancel any time. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you cancel.
Questions people ask
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no long contract. Alerts are month to month. The founding rate is locked for 12 months, but you can still cancel any month.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of full alerts for the counties we confirm. Billing starts on day 15 unless you cancel before then.
What counts as a metro for the founding rate?
A group of neighboring counties, shown in the Metro column on the coverage page. South Florida, for example, is Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.
Do I have to buy owner requests?
No. Owner requests are optional and charged one at a time. You can buy alerts only, requests only, or both.
